ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ panel leans Oklahoma State over No. 24 Kansas State

Guest picker Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwayne Wade are taking the Wildcats.

No. 24-ranked Kansas State may be undefeated, but Oklahoma State is a 4-point favorite in the Big 12 matchup Saturday at Boone Pickens Stadium. ESPN’s “College GameDay” panel expressed their confidence in the Cowboys as well from their set in front of Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Desmond Howard, Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit all selected OSU (3-1, 0-1), but celebrity guest picker and actress Gabrielle Union and her husband, NBA great Dwayne Wade, picked the Wildcats (3-0).

Howard said K-State lacked the offensive firepower to keep up with the Cowboys, and Herbstreit highlighted OSU’s offense led by Chuba Hubbard, Spencer Sanders and Tylan Wallace, who he called “maybe the best receiver (in the country).” Union and Wade picked K-State because they’re friends with former Wildcat player Jaime Mendez.

The Cowboys and Wildcats kick off at 6 p.m. with the game being televised on ESPN Plus.
