2019 SB Nation FanPulse Week 2 poll: Oklahoma State doesn’t receive votes again

Oklahoma stays at No. 4, Texas drops two spots and Iowa State moves up during its bye week.

Oklahoma State did not receive a vote in the SB Nation FanPulse poll for a second straight week.

OSU defeated FCS McNeese State 56-14 in its home opener Saturday to improve to 2-0. They’re the lone Big 12 program to hold a win over a Power-5 opponent with its 52-36 season-opening win in Week 1.

The top four remain unchanged from last week with Clemson, Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma. LSU moved up one spot to No. 5 after its 45-38 win over Texas, who slid back two spots to No. 11. Florida, for some reason, climbed four spots following a 45-0 victory over FCS Tennessee-Martin. Notre Dame, who had a bye, moved up two spots to No. 8, followed by Auburn and Michigan. The Wolverines needed overtime to escape with a win over Army.

Iowa State, who had a bye, was tied for No. 25 with Nebraska last week and is No. 23 this week. Nebraska, Stanford and Syracuse all lost and fell out of the top 25, while Maryland Mississippi State and USC made their debuts.

Others receiving votes: Boise State, Army, Stanford, Memphis, Virginia
