No. 14 Oklahoma State will try to rebound from its first loss of the season Saturday at Kansas State, but the Cowboys will be without two playmakers.
Junior safety Kolby Harvell-Peel and senior wide receiver Tylan Wallace will not play, according to the Cowboy Radio Network’s pregame show. Wallace did participate in pregame warmups, but sat out because of a “tweaked” a muscle he suffered during practice this week.
Harvell-Peel — one of the leaders of OSU’s defense — left last week’s game with a head injury. He has 15 tackles (11 solo), two interceptions and two passes defended.
Wallace had 11 receptions for 187 yards and two scores in OSU’s overtime loss to Texas a week ago to increase his Big 12-leading totals to 35 catches, 588 yards and four touchdowns.
