Oklahoma State opens as 21-point favorite over Tulsa

History shows the Cowboys are a good bet against the Golden Hurricane.

We are now officially less than two weeks away from the start of Oklahoma State’s 2020 football season. With schedules officially set, Vegas is finally starting to offer betting lines for Week 2’s games.

According to SportsBetting.ag, OSU has opened up as a three-touchdown favorite in their season-opener against Tulsa.

Choosing OSU to cover would be the smart bet based on history.

The Cowboys have won the last seven meetings with their in-state foe, by an average margin of 26 points. If you just focus on the wins during the Mike Gundy era, that’s a 4-0 record with an average margin of victory of 29 points with the closest game coming in 2019 when OSU won 40-21.
