Here is the ESPN Evaluation of Rudolph
Has a good arm, not elite, but puts more than adequate zip on downfield passes. Can make all the necessary college throws. Shows an over-the-top, consistent release and carries the ball up high, but will wind up to some degree. At times he will carry the ball low and when he does, he has a bit of a long wind-up. When he carries the ball properly at breast plate or above, the ball comes out much quicker and with less wasted motion. Has a very loose, live arm.
