The Raiders added former Oklahoma State linebacker Justin Phillips to their 53-man roster Wednesday.
Phillips, who went undrafted last April, originally signed with Dallas Cowboys. He was released June 18, re-signed with the team in late July and was among the final cuts prior to the regular season. The 6-foot, 235-pound linebacker had 28 tackles, an interception and two passes defensed in the preseason.
Phillips signed with the Raiders on Sept. 2, and was on the team’s practice squad prior to being added to the 53-man roster due to three Oakland linebackers being injured last week. Phillips had 98 tackles, including 11 for loss, last season at OSU.
The Raiders visit the Colts at noon Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
