Oklahoma State is now the 11th program to offer Stephens, joining Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa State, Washington State, Arizona State, TCU, Memphis, Tulsa, SMU, and North Texas.
Ranked as the No. 8 player in the state of Oklahoma for 2021, Stephens has racked up 640 yards and nine touchdowns on 21 catches and 11 carries. He also has 355 yards on kick and punt returns. On defense, he has 27 total tackles, four interceptions, two passes defended, and has forced three fumbles.

Safety prospect Isaiah Nwokobia announced his offer over the weekend.
The Skyline prospect’s offer list is now up to nine with OSU being joined by Colorado, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Kansas, Houston, SMU, Utah State, and Illinois State.
SMU is in good footing with the Dallas prospect, as his Colorado where he had a successful visit recently.
While Nwokobia is unranked by 247’s composite rankings, the site itself has him as a three-star prospect and the 22nd ranked safety in the class. Feel free to check out his highlights here.

The 6-3, 205-pound outside linebacker is in his second season with Hutchinson C.C. He is originally from Gambrills, MD. Along with OSU, Spraggins has picked up offers from Maryland and West Virginia.
While he is a 2021 prospect, Spraggins states that he is a December 2020 grad, meaning he would likely be an early enrollee for the 2021 class.
Spraggins has appeared in eight games as a freshman for the Blue Dragons, racking up 45 tackles (2nd on the team), eight TFLs including 2.5 sacks, nabbed one interception, and recovered two fumbles. You can check out highlights from his high school senior season here.
