Surber pinned his way to his second Class 4A Oklahoma state high school championship at 152 pounds in just two weeks ago. He spent a mere 4:11 minutes on the mat, pinning each opponent in the first period (1:38, 54 seconds and 1:35).
FloWrestling ranks Surber as the No. 12 wrestler in the country at 152 pounds, but projects him to grow to be a 174-pounder in college.
Surber joins Plott, Trevor Mastrogiovanni, Konner Doucet and Jakason Burks in the 2020 recruiting class for the Cowboys.
