While America has their attention fixated on Zion Williamson and the thrilling finishes the Duke Blue Devils have been involved in the past two weeks, Mike Boynton has had his eyes on the next crop of top talent. The most recent prospects to receive offers from Oklahoma State are a pair of teammates at a prep school in Florida.
2021 Center“Mor” Seck
First up is Elhadji “Mor” Seck, a 6 foot 11 center at DME Academy in Florida.
He doesn’t currently have a 247 profile, which isn’t surprising for a class of 2021 prospect, even one that’s a star.
After watching his Hudl highlights, Seck appears to be raw, but a skilled rebounder and finisher around the rim. Most of his highlights are blocks and dunks, and he didn’t dribble often, not that he needed to.
Five-Star Moussa Diabate
Diabate is another star at DME Academy.
The 6-foot-9, class of 2021 forward has offers from Memphis, Miami and Illinois, among others, including Oklahoma State. Diabate is currently the 7th ranked prospect in his class. In the FIBA U16 Championships last year, Diabate averaged 11 points and 10 rebounds over seven games for France.
Three New Predictions for Chris Harris Jr.
The South Garland product visited Oklahoma State over the weekend. Since then, the Cowboys’ odds at landing the highly sought-after 4-star guard have increased.
Three new 247Sports predictions have Harris to OSU, bringing the total to four. The most important of which is Evan Daniels’, the site’s Director of Basketball recruiting.
Take this all with a grain of salt. We saw predictions lean OSU’s way with Christian Brown before he committed to Georgia. With Harris still planning a visit to Texas Tech, who just reached their first Final Four in school history, I don’t think anyone should be making guesses as to where he’s going to land just yet.
