Oklahoma State played host to somewhere between 30 and 50 prospects for Cowboy Day — aka Junior Day — in Stillwater this past Saturday.
Considering Oklahoma State currently sits without a single 2021 commit in a class that SHOULD be pretty big, this was a big weekend. It looks as though it didn’t disappoint.
Let’s run down the list of prospects we could confirm, starting with those that picked up offers.
Offers
2021 Linebacker Jackie Marshall
The three-star prospect from Reserve, Louisiana picked up his first power-five offer from OSU. He also has offers from Lamar, Louisiana-Monroe, and Nicholls State. Last season for East St. John, Marshall racked up 82 tackles, including 11 sacks and 38 TFLs (!!!).
2021 Outside Linebacker Danny Stutsman
OSU became the fifth program to offer the unranked prospect from Jacksonville Beach, Florida, joining Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, and Kent State. Last season, Stutsman totaled 110 tackles, 19 TFLs and three sacks, and had four passes defended and two forced fumbles for The Foundation Academy.
2021 Outside Linebacker Morice Blackwell
The 6-foot-1, 160-pound LB from Arlington, Texas now has offers from OSU, Baylor, Texas Tech, SMU, and Tulsa. He racked up 128 tackles, including 13 TFLs and two sacks, forced four fumbles — two he returned for touchdowns — and nabbed two interceptions on his way to being named the Unanimous District 4-6A Overall MVP last year.
2021 Linebacker Kolbe Fields
OSU is the first P5 offer for the Metairie, Louisiana prospect, but he does have offers from Tulane, South Alabama, and Nicholls State. Fields doesn’t have a 247 or Rivals profile, so he’s definitely an under-the-radar guy. That said, he fits the mold of productive linebackers that OSU has been recruting. He had 98 tackles, including 12 TFLs and 3.5 sacks, and three interceptions last season.
2021 Tight End Elijah Arroyo
The Frisco, Texas prospect picked up his offer from OSU — his sixth — to go along with offers from LSU, Miami, Houston, SMU, and UConn. He earned first-team all-district honors as a junior after nabbing 47 passes for 648 yards and five TDs for Independence High School.
2021 Visitors
Running Back Cam’Ron Valdez
One of the two biggest name visitors was the four-star back from Rockdale, Texas. Valdez currently holds offers from 13 programs, including OSU, Michigan, Georgia Tech, Utah, West Virginia, and Texas Tech, among others. He was named the district’s offensive player of the year after running for 1,697 yards and 26 touchdowns on 183 carries and catching seven receptions for 177 yards and two TDs.

Offensive Guard Jaeden Roberts
The other big name is the four-star guard from North Shore High School in Houston, who has offers from 23 schools, including OSU, Alabama, Georgia, Florida State, Florida, LSU, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M, Wisconsin, and USC among others.
Offensive Tackle Beau Stephens
Three-star, 6-foot-6, 320-pound lineman from Blue Springs, Missouri holds offers from OSU, Iowa, Arkansas, Louisville, Missouri, Iowa State, Kansas State, and Kansas.
Athlete Jeffrey Bassa
I’m predicting now that Bassa will be part of OSU’s 2021 class when signing day comes around. The safety from Salt Lake City, Utah holds offers from OSU, Oregon State, Utah, and Utah State. He plays all over the field — including at safety and linebacker — for Kearns High School. He had 54 tackles, eight TFLs, two sacks, two interceptions, five passes defended, and three blocked field goals during his junior season.
Wide Receiver Andrew Mukuba
Three-star prospect from Austin, Texas currently has six offers from Arkansas, Arizona, Missouri, SMU, UTSA, and Tulsa. Mukuba played both receiver and safety for LBJ Austin High School and had a really successful junior season at both positions, catching 33 passes for 641 yards and 10 touchdowns, and 22 tackles and two INTs. He also added one punt return TD and a kick return TD.
Safety Isaiah Nwokobia
Oklahoma State is one of 11 schools to have offered the rising 6-foot, 180-pound three-star defensive back from Dallas, Texas. OSU joins schools like Duke, Georgia Tech, Minnesota, Vanderbilt, Colorado, and Houston.
Cornerback Deuce Harmon
Three-star DB from Denton-Guyer holds offers from OSU, TCU, Texas A&M, Houston, North Texas, SMU, and Illinois State. Last season he had 45 tackles, nine pass break-ups, and he grabbed two INTs and forced a fumble. His brother De’Vion is currently a point guard for OU.
Linebacker Collin Oliver
The Edmond Santa Fe prospect currently holds 10 offers from OSU, Colorado, Nebraska, Arkansas, Texas Tech, Iowa State, Kansas, North Texas, SMU, and Tulsa. He racked up 56 tackles, six TFLs, three sacks, and forced a fumble. He also competes in track and field, coming in third in Oklahoma 6A high jump (6-2 PR) and ninth in long jump (21-0 1/2 PR).
Tight End Erik Olsen
Oklahoma State remains the only offer for the unranked prospect from Littleton, Colorado. He had 28 catches for 533 yards and eight TDs, and nine carries for 38 yards and a touchdown last season.
Strongside Defensive End Deldrick Withers
The 6-foot-4, 245-pound DE from Little Rock, Arkansas racked up 75 total tackles including 8 sacks and 32 TFLs, and a forced fumble. He is currently unranked and holds an offer from Louisiana-Monroe.
Strongside Defensive End Stone Eby
The 6-foot-5, 245-pound DE from Flower Mound, Texas currently holds one offer from Illinois State. His impressive junior season included a team-high 78 total tackles, 22.5 TFLs, six sacks, six passes defended, and two forced fumbles.
2022 Visitors
Safety Bryan Allen Jr.
The 5-11, 180-pound defensive back from Aledo, Texas was named to the MaxPreps Sophomore All-American second team after a season where he accounted for 122 (!!) tackles, one TFL, three forced fumbles (two which he returned for TDs) and three interceptions. Along with OSU, Allen also has offers from Baylor, Houston, and Illinois State.
Wide Receiver Talyn Shettron
The Edmond Santa Fe pass-catcher has offers from OSU, Arkansas, Tulsa, and Oklahoma, the later he received during a visit to Norman the day after his trip to Stillwater. Shettron led the team in catches (65), receiving yards (856), and receiving TDs (9).
Tight End Andre Dollar
6-foot-5, 230-pound in-state prospect from Mustang. He holds offers from South Carolina, Memphis, North Texas, Southern Miss, Liberty, and Georgia Southern.
Athlete Landon Hullaby
Named the District 6-5A-I Defensive Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore after racking up 21 tackles, and forcing a fumble last season. He holds offers from 14 schools including OSU, USC, Utah, Baylor, Nebraska, and Texas Tech, among others. His older brother is class of 2020 Texas RB commit Jaden Hullaby.
Linebacker Zach Essih
5-foot-10, 180-pound prospect out of Timberview High in Arlington, Texas. Had 24 tackles, including two TFLs and one sack last season.
***
A few more visitors to add to the list.
Strongside Defensive End David Abiara
The 2021 three-star DE from Mansfield, Texas has offers from OSU as well as Colorado, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Baylor, Georgia Tech, and Kansas State, among others. The 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect racked up 23 tackles, including six TFLs and a sack, in seven games of action.
Wide Receiver CJ Baskerville
OSU is one of three schools to offer the three-star pass catcher from North Richland Hills, Texas, joining Kansas and Tulsa. Baskerville caught 63 passes for 838 yards and six TDs last season, and had 85 tackles, seven pass breakups, a forced fumble, and an INT at safety.
