When Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy put out his usual commitment dance GIF Tweet on Wednesday night, it had Cowboys fans wondering who the latest addition to the OSU commitment list would be.
Now we know.

Martin listed the Cowboys in his top-three Oct. 19, ultimately choose OSU over Kansas State, Texas Tech, and 11 other schools that extended offers.
While the versatile 6-foot, 190-pound athlete plays both running back and linebacker for Pleasant Grove High School in Texarkana, Texas, he’s being recruited as a linebacker for OSU. He has the talent and skill set to play both linebacker or safety, a versatility that OSU has really put an emphasis on when recruiting on the defensive side of the ball.
We couldn’t find the most updated stats, but, according to Gabe Brooks of 247Sports, through seven of Pleasant Grove’s eight games, Martin racked up 59 tackles, four sacks, and 12 additional tackles for loss. He was also named the District 6-4A-II Defensive Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore in 2018.
Martin is a three-star prospect that is ranked as the No. 49 athlete and No. 724 player overall, according to 247 Sports composite rankings. He is the sixth highest ranked member of the Cowboys’ 2021 class.
Martin is the 16th overall and third linebacker commit for OSU’s 2021 class, joining four-star Collin Oliver and three-star Donovan Stephens.
