Ranked as a the No. 20 prospect in the state and No. 105 Athlete in the class for 2021 by 247Sports, Smith chose OSU over Oregon State, Air Force, and New Mexico.
Smith is being recruited to play cornerback at Oklahoma State. He played both DB and receiver for MidWest City during his junior season.
Along with playing on both sides of the ball in football, Smith is also a talented guard on the Midwest City basketball team and for OK Run PWP.
Smith’s commitment came a day after receiver Jaden Bray out of Norman announced he was joining OSU’s 2021 class. The Cowboys now have commitments from four in-state prospects including Smith, Bray, Collin Oliver, and Ty Williams.
