It may have taken longer than Oklahoma State fans and coaches would have liked, but the Cowboys finally have their first offensive line commitment for the 2022 class.
On Saturday, three-star offensive tackle Austin Kawecki from Frisco, Texas announced his commitment to OSU on Twitter.

Kawecki chose OSU over offers from 26 other schools, including Baylor, Colorado, USC — the other three schools where he took official visits — Texas Tech, Arizona State, Penn State, Miami, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Indiana.
Kawecki took his official visit to OSU back on June 22nd, which obviously played a big role in his decision to commit just a few days later. He was originally scheduled to take an official visit to North Carolina this weekend, but I would expect that trip is now off.
247Sports’ Composite Ranking has Kawecki as a three-star prospect with a 0.863 rating. He is the No. 62 overall offensive tackle and the No. 99 ranked prospect in the state of Texas for 2022.
